Skills and experience

I worked inhouse at Oxford University Press for seven years in the ELT (English Language Teaching) division, so I appreciate the processes (and time pressures) often associated with such projects.

My specialities are educational materials and any complex content featuring busy layouts with integrated text and artwork (textbooks, workbooks, readers, etc). I can help at any stage of production, from templating manuscripts in Microsoft Word to final PDF checks.

I also speak Spanish and actively maintain my language skill level (CEFR B1).

In addition to ELT, I enjoy working on a wide range of non-fiction topics across the arts and humanities, especially illustrated books, decorative arts and anything hispanic in nature (language, culture, art, etc.)
